Digitalisation & Process Automation

DMS, workflows, DATEV-adjacent integration.

We structure document, office and domain processes so that they work in daily operations and remain traceable.

Typische Leistungen

Was wir in diesem Feld konkret machen

  • 01Digitalisation target pictures and gap analyses
  • 02Document management: integration, migration, workflow
  • 03Office / Microsoft 365 automation
  • 04Integration with third-party systems (DATEV, SAP, industry software)
  • 05Legacy replacement, incremental modernisation
Fields of work

From document to end-to-end process

Processes should stay traceable and verifiable. That is what these fields are built around: a natural starting point is the document process, and workflows and integrations build on it.

  • 01

    Capture & classification

Paper and e-mail input is digitised, made readable through text recognition and classified automatically. Among other things, we use tooling we built ourselves.

  • 02

    Document management

We bring filing, metadata, permissions and retention into a structure that fits the organisation and still holds up years later.

  • 03

    Workflows & approvals

Recurring procedures from inbound mail to internal approvals become defined workflows with clear responsibilities and deadlines.

  • 04

    Business & finance system integration

We connect document processes to the organisation's core business and finance systems through their interfaces, without island solutions.

  • 05

    Step-by-step legacy replacement

Legacy systems are replaced in a controlled way rather than all at once: with parallel operation, data migration and defined fallbacks.

  • 06

    Data protection in the process

Retention periods, deletion concepts and access rights are planned in from the start instead of being retrofitted.

Nutzen

Less manual work. More traceability. No island solutions.

From practice

From inbox to approved posting

Paper and e-mail input is detected, read, classified and presented for approval with a proposal. Every step stays traceable, nothing posts without a human.

A simplified pattern with invented values. The order is the point: the proposal comes from the machine, the decision from a human.

Purpose-built applications

When no standard system fits, we build the application: shown here is the analysis view of a tax and journal application we developed for capital-market data — from data import to audit-ready report.

One application carrying the whole process
